about

Stay in Shape is a monthly compilation aiming to help venues and inspire musicians during the pandemic. Look for it every Bandcamp Friday.

Musicians are invited to "stay in shape" by creating a new track for the comp.

All proceeds go to a venue in need. Volume 2 is for Snug Harbor in New Orleans.

The title comes from "T. Monk's Advice": “Stay in shape! Sometimes a musician waits for a gig and when it comes, he’s out of shape and can’t make it.”

Volume 2 produced by Brad Walker, Jeff Albert, and Brad Farberman.

Cover by Alina Gregorian (instagram.com/glitch_field_pixel_note).
